There are Filename and InternalName of rtAttachment. However, unfortunately, this functionality has been broken and currently both return InternalName, i.e. the unique strange name. Thanks for pointing out this issue. I'll check how i can fix it quickly.
In the meantime, in case you need just this functionality, i can send you an older version and you can test if it does all you need.
