done; I originally had them in zip file, but then i did lots of changes and cross-checking while I worked on the reference section. So they were changing all the time and I dropped the zip file for a while.
Warning: the definitions in header files may not do what you expect them to do. They are a good start, but may not perform 100%. The constants are OK, but the structures may become tricky. Pay attention to warnings about the limitations in reference section.
