unless you use some kind of Windows API (my guess -- I do not know so i suggest some other API;-/. But then it's still a bit unclear what do you mean by handle, what kind of operation you expect to do with script that executes (agent code?, event handler code or name, or?). Notes C API is mostly about backend; events in the fronted its two different stories...
