I tried to play with the provided code, and get error message for line %include {nsfole}

I double checked to see is the include directory is correctly specified in include environment varianble, and both file, nsfole.h as well as nsfole.lss is there. The error message reads like below.

CAPI-Test: (Options): 1:Cannot open included file: "nsfole"

Any idea what could be the reason?
