well, #include <nsfole.h> means just that -- the related function is defined in the particular C header file. Normally all necessary constants has been translated and are available in this reference.
In this particular case probably the tricky part will be to define/use ENCRYPTION_KEY. I haven't done it myself, so I cannot coment. Could you post your findings?
